When you sign up or login to use Tellem Email Marketing Services, you agree to all the terms and conditions found in the documentation below.  This service may not be used for the sending of unsolicited e-mail (sometimes referred to as "spam"). Our simple pricing structure and free trial account make our Billing Policy easy to follow.

Free Trial Account

When you sign up we will provide you with a fully-functioning account along with 25 FREE email credits to test our system out. We encourage you to use the system to its fullest extent and truly see how easy it is to stay in touch with your clients.  If you like what you see and want to continue using the system after your 25 email credits are used, all you need to do is purchase more email credits (as outlined below).

Purchasing Email Credits (Pay as you go)
Purchasing Tellem email credits enables you to send emails to your opt-in subscriber lists using our email campaign system. Our pay-as-go pricing structure will save you money. For example, if you need to send an email campaign to 250 email recepients, then you simply need to purchase 250 email credits.

There are various pricing levels depending on the number of email credits you wish to purchase. There are no monthly fees to use our system. This means you simply pay only for the number of emails you want to send out. If you plan on sending out email campaigns on a regular basis, then take advantage of buying email credits in bulk as the cost per email decreases at higher quantities.

Monthly Billed Accounts
With our monthly plans you will be automatically billed (on your credit card) on the 1st business day of each month. We do not accept cheques, credit card payments only. When you signup for this service you will be charged for that months useage as your email credits will be updated on your account.

Note: It is the responsibility of the client to cancel their monthly accounts either by logging into their Tellem account and cancelling and/or via written email to support@tellemonline.com. If we do not receive cancellation notification via this method we cannot determine when your account was cancelled and automated billing will continue and no refunds unfortunately will be given. Even though you may not have used any email credits it is your responsibility to give proper notification to us.

Notification has to take place before within a minimum 1 business day before the next billing cycle takes place.

Purchasing Notes

  • No contracts!
  • No cancellation fees!
  • No hidden fees!
  • No software to install means no licensing fees!
  • Pay-as-you-go pricing structure.
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
  • Minimum order is 50 email credits.
  • Once approved your email credits will instantly be added to your account.

Credit Card Payments

  • Purchasing email credits is done using an approved Visa, MasterCard or AMEX credit card.
  • Your credit card statement will read “RoarSolutions/TellemOnline”.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Once you decide to send out your email campaign to your email list, there are no refunds. The responsibility of sending your email campaigns out to the correct list or ensuring the campaigns you send out are correct are your responsibility and as such we cannot refund credits based on mistakes you may have made.
  • Once you purchase email credits, there are no refunds so please be sure you will use them. Remember there is no time limit for purchased credits. In other words we do not force you to use them within a certain time frame, they are always available until you use them up.
  • You are not under any sort of monthly or annual payment contract when you use Tellem Online Email Marketing Services. This means that there are no hidden cancellation fees.
